Cupping (also known as Reverse Massage)

Cupping as become fairly popular since Olympic athletes and celebrities have been showing off their Sha (the circle discoloration the cup can leave after being removed) like a badge of honor. Cupping Therapy is an ancient alternative therapy, rooted in Chinese Medicine as well as other parts of the world, that uses suction cups placed on the skin to increase blood flow, relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve circulation. Often used for muscle soreness, it acts like a "reverse massage," pulling tissue upward rather than pushing it down.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha or scraping Therapy is used to boost circulation and promote lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, and encourage a radiant complexion. It is also know as Graston Technique, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and tribo-effleurage in the western world. Like facial acupuncture, Gua Sha stimulates collagen production, helping to reduce wrinkles and improve skin elasticity when applied to the face. It also has the added benefit of helping to relieve muscle tension, contributing to a more relaxed and youthful appearance.

A balanced diet reduces the risk of chronic diseases like obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers while supporting mental well-being.

Traditional Modalities

Electro Acupuncture and MicroCurrent Stimulation

Electroacupuncture is a modified form of traditional acupuncture where a mild, controlled electric current is passed between acupuncture needles to stimulate nerves and muscles. This technique enhances pain relief, reduces inflammation, and boosts endorphin release to treat chronic pain, muscle spasms, and neurological conditions. It is considered highly effective for chronic pain, arthritis, sciatica, and carpal tunnel.

Modern Modalities

Red Light Therapy (RLT) - Revitalize on a cellular level.

Photobiomodulation (Red Light Therapy- RLT) his non-invasive treatment uses clinical-grade wavelengths (630–850 nm) to stimulate cellular mitochondria, promoting energy production, skin health, boost collagen, reduce inflammation, and accelerate tissue repair. It is widely used to reduce wrinkles, treat acne and improve hair growth. Perfect as a standalone recovery session or paired with acupuncture and microneedling to minimize downtime and amplify your results.

InfraRed Light therapy

InfraRed light therapy (ILT) is a non-invasive, safe treatment that penetrates deep below the skin’s surface to reduce pain, inflammation, and chronic joint stiffness. it is highly effective at reducing pain associated with arthritis, muscle soreness, and joint stiffness by improving circulation and delivering oxygen/nutrients to damaged tissues. It can increase the production of endorphins, which are natural painkillers. It accelerates muscle repair and promotes wound healing. InfraRed Light Therapy penetrates deep into tissues compared to RLT which is used more for surface layers.
